We offer sessions for every level, with Champions and Camp Speed sessions capped at 15 people, Starters sessions capped at 10 people, and Adult Lifestyle Fitness sessions capped at 20 people. This provides every athlete the individual attention they need. All sessions are first-booked, first-served, so please book your sessions in advance!
